Protect Health

Automated parking provides premium valet service without anyone ever touching the vehicle, eliminating the potential spread of viruses like COVID-19.

Drivers simply park in a designated bay, exit their vehicle, then enter basic information into a nearby touch-screen computer. Machines control the rest.

A smart phone application connecting vehicle owners with our IEG automated parking facilities is currently in development. This will make interactions 100% touchless and further protect our users.

Vehicle Security

Conventional parking lots and garages are notorious as locations prone to vandalism, burglary and vehicle theft, and national crime statistics confirm these risks. Over 1 in 10 property crimes occur in parking lots and garages, where vehicles sit idle and unprotected. This is a risk for car owners and a liability for garage operators.

Automated parking drastically reduces the risk of property crimes.

Assorted sensors and cameras, well-lit spaces and on-site attendants work together to deter criminal activity. Further, all automated parking facilities securely store vehicles in access-controlled structures completely out of reach and away from harm.

Violent Crimes

Nearly 1 in 15 violent crimes occur in conventional parking lots and garages, with alarmingly high percentages attributed to robberies and homicides. Vehicle owners accept these risks when using conventional parking facilities, but there is a better way.

Automated parking facilities can nearly eliminate these crimes from occurring.

Facilities are secure, well-lit, and monitored 24/7 by on-site attendants. Plus, facilities only allow personnel to access vehicle drop-off and lobby areas, limiting opportunities for crimes to occur.
